Street retail commercial premises Capturing the aesthetics of the shopping center's design form, which was created, inspired by the vitality of nature, we tried to reflect its interaction with the context in every area. The shopping center project, which consists of 39 stores and retail outlets, has achieved a solid single-mass structure with a square design, spacious interior and exterior convenient planning solutions that strengthen interaction between people, and landscape design that revitalizes public life. Park areasCombined the project with nature with open green spaces suitable for the context, without touching the natural beauty of the Bosphorus, which is rich in natural views. While we are strengthening the social environment with various areas of activity, such as observation decks with unique views of the protected lake and the sea, children's playgrounds, an ornamental pool, places for recreation, sports and recreation, we also sought to create a bridge between people and nature. Commercial spaces for sale range from 25 sq m to 105 sq m Large plus location in the center of the district, on a main roadway surrounded by a large number of residential complexes.
