Registration takes 7 steps. Below is every screen you will see, with screenshots. If something goes wrong, look at the questions at the bottom of the page — the most common problems are answered there.
Go to the "Become a partner" page. The form is on the right side of the screen. You do not need an account or a password to fill it in.
The page is available in many languages. Use the language switcher in the top right corner of the site to read the form in your own language.
Only the fields with a red star are required: company name, company type, contact person and work email. Everything else helps us, but you can leave it empty. In "Company type" choose Developer, Agency or Broker. In "Main market" choose the country where most of your properties are. In the last field write a few sentences about your company — how many properties you have and where.
Write the email carefully. If there is a mistake in it, the confirmation letter will never reach you and the application will stop at step 4.
The form is replaced by the message "Check your email". This means the form was received, but the application has not reached our team yet — first you have to confirm your email address.
Do not close this message as a failure — it is the normal result. The next step happens in your mailbox.
The email arrives within a few minutes. The sender is HomeNSearch, the subject is "Confirm your partner application". Press the orange "Confirm email" button inside the email.
No email? Look in the Spam and Promotions folders. The link works for 72 hours. If more time has passed, or the email never arrived, fill in the form again with the same address — we will send a new link.
The button opens our site and you see "Email confirmed". From this moment your application is in the queue for review. You do not have to do anything else.
The link works only once. If you press it a second time you may see "Invalid link" — that is not a problem, your application has already been accepted.
We check the company and answer by email, usually within 1–3 working days. If the application is approved, you receive a letter with your login (your email) and a temporary password for the partner portal.
The letter with the password comes from the same sender. Check Spam as well — it looks like a service email and filters sometimes move it.
Open the sign-in page, enter your email and the temporary password from the letter. After the first sign-in, change the password in Settings. Inside the portal you can add properties, upload a file feed (CSV, JSON or XML), watch import sessions and read the API documentation for automatic synchronisation.
Wait five minutes and check the Spam and Promotions folders. Then check that there is no mistake in the address you typed. If it is still not there, simply fill in the form again with the same email — the system will send a new link instead of creating a second application. If a corporate filter blocks our letters, write to support@homensearch.com from that address and we will confirm it manually.
The link is valid for 72 hours. Open it anyway: the page will offer a field for your email and a "Send again" button. Enter the same address and you will get a fresh link.
Usually this means the link was already used, or it was copied only partly (some mail programs break long links into two lines). If you have already confirmed your email once, everything is fine — the application is in the queue. Otherwise, fill in the form again.
The red text says what to correct. The most frequent cases: the email is written in the wrong format, or the website address does not start with https://. Correct the field and press the button again.
For protection against robots, the form accepts up to five applications per hour from one internet connection. Wait an hour, or send the form from another network.
You will receive an email saying that your application is already under review, or that an account already exists. In the second case, go to the sign-in page and use the password from the welcome letter. If the password is lost, write to support@homensearch.com.
No. The website is optional, and properties can be added later inside the portal — one by one, or as a file feed. You can apply first and prepare the data after approval.
Fill in the form in any language that is convenient for you. The property descriptions can also be in your own language — we translate them into all languages of the site automatically.
Write to us and describe the step where you stopped. Attach a screenshot if you can — it helps us answer faster. Please write from the same email you used in the form.
