The entire facility is equipped with a central air conditioning system. In 2008 and 2009, all cooling systems were updated with Italian environmentally friendly and economical Robur systems that run on natural gas and are capable of supplying hot water when cooled. The system is active 24 hours a day. Air conditioning is available throughout the hotel. The site's hot water demand is met by solar energy collectors with high heat absorption manufactured in Germany, which use hot water extracted from Robur systems. The water heating system operates entirely on solar energy. Thus, most of the domestic energy needs are met by renewable energy sources. The resort is built on 5 separate sites.
